"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free!" These words of Emma Lazarus, inscribed on the Statue of Liberty, remind us of our forefathers — heroes all — who came to this country in search of the American Dream. We join with actors from the NCSA School of Drama to honor them with composer Peter Boyer's Ellis Island. There is no beter way to round out this salute to heroes than with the greatest hero music of all time, Beethoven's magnificent Eroica Symphony.
